Here is some information about texting the applicant quick invitation:

On your "manage outstanding applicant invitations" screen you can view when a text invitation was sent. 

Notice the columns to the right have a phone number and information about when the text was sent. You can manage the invitation (resend, cancel, correct data) from this screen just as you do the email invitations.

 To order via text originally:

On the applicant quick invite section, click the "+" sign.

 This will open the phone# field.

When you enter the applicant's phone number (no dashes, 10 digits), the email field will no longer be required. Using the phone number, click "send to the applicant", as usual. 

 You can continue to send the invitation via email and only use text to resend the invitation if you would like.

Only one text can be sent every 24 hours to the same phone number, and In order to mitigate carrier violations (i.e. not get flagged as spam texters), text messages out of the system are only sent between the hours of 10 AM - 6 PM CST.  (You can use the applicant invite any time. The text will just be held in the system and sent during that time if ordered outside those time parameters.)
